My service is very flexible and tailored to each client’s unique requirements. I pride myself on offering a personal and affordable service. My starting point is to meet with you for a 30 minute consultation at no charge, to listen to you and discuss your requirements. There are 3 main types of service I provide:

Consultancy

Many people now take a DIY approach to interior design and I often find that I’m contacted for advice and guidance on discreet areas of clients’ projects. For example:

• Help in getting started…finding inspiration to help create your interiors “look”
• Colour scheme advice at any stage of your project to help you to achieve your vision and complementing your taste, lifestyle and home
• Providing ideas/recommendations on re-accessorising to update a room
• Providing advice on how to maximise storage in a small space
• Maybe you’ve just moved to a new house and need advice on furniture layout
• Reviewing an architect’s or builder’s plans prior to committing to building works to ensure the space suits your needs
• De-cluttering advice and solutions

For consultancy my rate is £60 per hour and I will always give an estimate of anticipated hours before I proceed with your project.

Home Styling Schemes

My home styling scheme service is a full design service either by room or for your whole house and would cover the following:

• Design ideas, inspiration and space planning including floor plans
• Presentation of mood and sample boards
• Advice on project planning and sourcing tradesmen
• Recommendations for kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, window treatments, soft furnishings, flooring and lighting

For home styling schemes, I charge a fee which is agreed with you in advance.

Styling to Sell or Rent

I can quickly and cost effectively help you present your property to its best potential. It’s important to appeal to as wide a market as possible, to sell/rent your property as quickly as possible and for the right price. For example:

• Providing a verbal walk through consultation, where I will professionally appraise each room in your home and the exterior, giving you a practical verbal action plan
• Providing a detailed, written property presentation report after analysing each room and the exterior of your home, with suggested changes/improvements and an action plan. This report may include colour schemes, furniture layout recommendations, accessories/soft furnishings advice and costings.

For a “Styling to Sell (or Rent)” verbal walk-through my rate is:

1-2 bedroom home – £100
3-4 bedroom home – £150
5+ bedroom home – £250

For a “Stying to Sell (or Rent)” written report my rate is :

1-2 bedroom home – £450
3-4 bedroom home – £550
5+ bedroom home – to be agreed with client
